Anambra: Police arrest notorious kidnapper, ‘Obele’ after five years in hiding

Operatives attached to the State Criminal Investigation Department, SCID, of the Anambra State Police Command, person arrested a notorious kidnapper, Olisa Oyelu, popularly known arsenic Obele.
