North-East insurgency: 17,000 Nigerians still missing – ICRC

An estimated 17,000 Nigerians who went missing, mostly pursuing attacks successful insurgency-troubled parts of the North-East and different struggle zones, stay unaccounted for, the International Committee of the Red Cross (ICRC) has said.
