Sokoto govt calls for regional approach to tackle banditry in North-West

The Sokoto State Government has called for a coordinated determination attack to tackling banditry crossed the North-West, saying the cross-border quality of the transgression activities makes it hard for idiosyncratic states to code the occupation alone.

The state’s Special Adviser connected Security Matters, Col. Ahmed Usman (retd.), made the telephone portion reacting to the Zamfara State Government’s inauguration of a 13-member State Disarmament, Demobilisation and Reintegration (DDR), Peace and Security Committee.
