TUC protests anti-union activities at Abuja Continental Hotel

The Trade Union Congress of Nigeria (TUC) connected Monday protested astatine the Abuja Continental Hotel implicit alleged anti-union activities by the hotel’s management.

TUC members gathered astatine the edifice and blocked its entrance, carrying placards accusing the absorption of preventing workers from joining commercialized unions.

The national said the enactment was aimed astatine defending the workers’ close to state of relation and demanding that the edifice respect their close to unionise.

The protestation temporarily disrupted entree to the edifice arsenic national members called for the workers’ rights to beryllium respected.
