The Atiku/Okowa Presidential Campaign Council’s Director of Strategic Communications, Chief Dele Momodu, has requested that President Buhari call Asiwaju Bola Ahmed Tinubu to discuss the alleged desperation of the APC candidate to win the election at all costs.

In response to recent election reports, Mr. Momodu claimed to have stumbled across wildly harmful publications that gave the APC presidential candidate an improbable victory.

He claims that Tinubu is the owner of the aforementioned newspaper.

“Just yesterday, we all witnessed how thugs from the APC Chieftains and his friends took control of the streets of Lagos, destroying ballot boxes and other election-related materials, among other misbehaviors intended to deny the willful electorates their right to vote.

The APC suffered its worst catastrophic defeat in the majority of the voting locations in Lagos, despite all of these despicable attempts to steal the election. This also occurred in Kano. We woke up this morning to read about the pitiful and criminal lies concocted by the Tinubu media goons since the country was unable to ever be sobered by the crushing humiliation in its traditional lands.

The opposition parties in Lagos, Ogun, Ondo, Oyo, Osun, and Ekiti crushed Tinubu, the lone mainstream candidate, in his home region of the South West. The majority of the Northern Governors he also anticipated would assist him in gaining support in the Northern regions utterly failed to deliver the desperately needed votes.

He fell short in the South South and South East.

“The PDP presidential contender and former vice president Atiku Abubakar is the only candidate with a national lead. Although he has endured a long and arduous path, Mr. Momodu will never rush to the media to announce his well-deserved win and glory, Mr. Momodu claimed.

He urged INEC and the Federal Government to “cage these bothersome APC Chieftains” on behalf of the PDP.

“We have all watched their disorderly behavior as they bullied and blackmailed President Muhammadu Buhari into abandoning the currency exchange policy.

We also saw how they almost bullied the President into disclosing publicly who he voted for in the elections the day before. It was a strange, regrettable, and unheard-of event to witness, he added.

The PDP leader urged the president to have the guts to call the bluff of frantic politicians who believe they can purchase Nigeria as a nation.
