Tinubu will officially open a flyover and a court in Rivers, according to Wike.

ASIWAJU The Magistrates Court and Rumuola-Rumuokwuta Flyover in Port Harcourt, two more significant projects just finished by the Rivers State Government, will be officially unveiled by Bola Ahmed Tinubu, the 2023 President-elect, the following week.

When inspecting both projects on Wednesday, Governor Nyesom Wike made the announcement that Tinubu would be a special guest in Rivers State for a two-day official visit on May 3rd and 4th.

The governor of Rivers stated, “We anticipate the commissioning of the Magistrates Court building and the 12th flyover by the President-elect on the third and fourth of next month.

“We had invited candidates for president from various parties, including as Labour and the NNPP (New Nigeria Peoples Party). They all came and ordered projects, and we did inform the president-elect that he would be invited to order projects as well after the elections.

Rivers residents will attest to our best efforts, and we praise God and give Him the honor for how things turned out. We may squeal with joy and return home content knowing that we haven’t let our supporters down.

Wike intimated that a number of projects, including the renovated Prof. Kesley Harrison and Dental and Maxillofacial hospitals, as well as others, have been lined up to commemorate the inauguration of the new Rivers Government.

“Recall that we promised to create another intelligence center when the IGP (Inspector General of Police) visited last to commission the Intelligence Center (Port Harcourt). That center is prepared as we speak. The Kesley Harrison hospital is one of the other projects, he said.
