Ambrose Alli University’s Governing Council is approved by the Edo government.
The Ambrose Alli University (AAU) Governing Council’s constitution has been ratified by the Edo State Government in Ekpoma.
Dr. Omo-Ehijele Odafen will serve as the council’s chairman, according to a statement signed by Osarodion Ogie, Secretary to the State Government. The council will consist of seven members.
“The constitution of the Governing Council of the Ambrose Alli University, Ekpoma has been approved by Mr. Godwin Obaseki, the governor of Edo State,” the statement states.
“Dr. Omo-Ehijele Frank Odafen will serve as the chairperson of the seven-member council.”
According to Ogie, “The council is composed of the following members: Chairman Dr. Omo-Ehijele Frank Odafen; Member Mrs. Patience West Erhabor; Member Tony Innih Esq.; Member Prof. Anthony Ekata Ogbeibu; Member Sunday Ojeifo; Member Kokunre Agbontaen-Eghafona; Member Clifford Imade Omozeghian Esq.
“We’ll make an announcement soon regarding the Council’s official inauguration.”
