According to Garba, the 76 suspects who were detained for flying Russian flags during the demonstrations have been moved to Abuja in order to conduct more inquiries.

“600 suspects are being prosecuted for a variety of offenses, including criminal conspiracy, inciting disturbance, riot, theft, mischief, and arson, in addition to these arrests,” Garba continued. He added that significant quantities of plundered goods, including two AK-47 weapons, had been found by the police from the accused.
