Denpa is delivering the manga in English, and it depicts the story:

Inside the security of the walls, young people are brought up in a nursery-style setting by robots. While life there might seem flat on a superficial level, the kids are loaded with potential and interest. In numerous ways it resembles a window into paradise. The rest of the world is a damnation scape. It is predominantly drained of anything mechanical and is currently occupied by unusual, yet strong super-regular creatures.
Maru, with the guide of Kiruko, is out there jumbling what was once Tokyo for paradise. Yet, subsequent to looking for such a long time, perhaps paradise is a greater amount of an indefensible dream than a likely reality.
