Six days to the handover, Buhari preside over an extraordinary FEC meeting.

President Muhammadu Buhari presided over an emergency Federal Executive Council (FEC) meeting on Tuesday at the State House in Abuja, six days before he leaves office.

More than 40 letters from various ministries, departments, and organizations are anticipated to be considered by the council.

About a day before the council’s final meeting on May 24th, the second special FEC meeting in two weeks will take place.
