About 20 governors who are members of the Progressive Governors Forum person named Enugu State Governor, Peter Mbah arsenic president of the forum.
DAILY POST gathered that the determination followed the reported removal of the Imo State Governor, Hope Uzodinma arsenic president of the forum.
The decision, according to reports was taken during an bonzer gathering of astir 20 All Progressives Congress, APC, governors held successful Abuja connected Thursday night.
According to Arise TV, the Ogun State Governor, Prince Dapo Abiodun, Douye Diri of Bayelsa State, Peter Mbah of Enugu State and 17 others attended the meeting.
However, a connection issued by the Director General of the forum, Folorunso Aluko, denied the report, describing it arsenic “false and misleading.”
According to the PGF Director, nary specified gathering was held, insisting that the Imo State Governor remains the president of the body.
