Four members of the House of Representatives from Bauchi State person defected from the Peoples Democratic Party, PDP, to the Allied Peoples Movement, APM.
The Speaker of the House of Representatives, Tajudeen Abbas, work the defection notices during plenary connected Thursday.
The defected lawmakers are Muhammed Shehu (Zaki national constituency), Aliyu Garu (Bauchi national constituency), Sani Tanko (Shira/Giade national constituency), and Mansur Soro (Darazo/Ganjuwa national constituency).
Similarly, the lawmaker representing Akwanga/Nasarawa Eggon/Wamba national constituency of Nasarawa State, Jeremiah Umaru, besides defected from the All Progressives Congress, APC, to the Social Democratic Party, SDP.
