Rivers State Governor, Sim Fubara, has cleared the aerial connected his purported defection from the All Progressives Congress, APC, to the Nigerian Democratic Congress, NDC.

Speaking with journalists on Wednesday, Fubara said helium is inactive a subordinate of the APC, stressing that thing has changed.
