After a fight, US rapper Travis Scott was arrested in Paris.
According to prosecutors, US rapper Travis Scott was taken into custody early on Friday following a brawl at a five-star hotel in the French capital.
Travis Scott was taken into custody by police after they were called to the Georges V hotel for allegedly attacking a security guard. The prosecutor’s office in Paris released a statement saying that the latter had stepped in to keep the artist and his security apart.
Whether the 33-year-old musician was being held in custody was not immediately apparent.
Scott was spotted on Thursday night during the Olympic men’s basketball semifinals.
Records indicated that the musician, whose true name is Jacques Bermon Webster, was taken into custody in Miami Beach in June on charges of disorderly drunkenness and trespassing.
Scott’s “Utopia” was a contender for this year’s Grammy Awards’ best rap album.
Merchandising agreements with Nike, the video game developer Epic Games, and McDonald’s fast food are among the other endeavors.
Scott is the father of two children by Kylie Jenner, a social media tycoon and businesswoman.
