This was said by Billy Gillis-Harry, President of PETROAN (Petroleum Products Retail Outlets Owners Association), during a Channels Television interview. He said that oil marketers could only distribute what they had at the moment due to supply constraints.

NNPCL is making every effort to gradually bring in products, but we are only able to supply what we have.
