The African Democratic Congress (ADC) has accused the Independent Corrupt Practices and Other Related Offences Commission (ICPC) of preventing its leaders from seeing erstwhile Kaduna State governor, Nasir El-Rufai, who is presently being held by the committee successful Abuja.
