Former Secretary to the Government of the Federation, SGF, Babachir Lawal, has declared that a statesmanlike aspirant of the African Democratic Congress, ADC, Mohammed Hayatu-Deen, is much competent than the party’s statesmanlike candidate, Atiku Abubakar.
