Aichatou El-Rufai, the woman of erstwhile Kaduna State Governor, Nasir Ahmad El-Rufai, has issued a pre-action announcement to the Chairman of the Independent Corrupt Practices and Other Related Offences Commission, ICPC, implicit the continued detention of her husband.

In the notice, she is asking for N2 cardinal successful damages implicit claims that the committee made mendacious and harmful statements astir her.

As per the notice, Mrs El-Rufai’s lawyers said that galore parts of the statement, which was presented by ICPC spokesperson Okor Odey, were not accurate.

She claimed that Odey made mendacious statements that earnestly damaged her reputation.
