Anambra doubles down on unsafe construction sites, demolishes failed building near Onitsha

‎The Anambra State Government has demolished a collapsed three-storey gathering nether operation successful Umuoji, Idemili North Local Government Area, adjacent Onitsha.

The demolition is an effort to fortify compliance with gathering regulations and support lives and property.

‎The demolition was carried retired on Friday by the Ministry of Physical Planning and Urban Development pursuing method assessments that declared the operation unsafe and a menace to adjacent residents and properties.

‎The Commissioner for Physical Planning and Urban Development, Barr. Chijioke Ojukwu said the enactment aligns with the authorities government’s committedness to orderly municipality development, nationalist safety, and strict enforcement of approved gathering standards.
