APC disqualifies over 20 state assembly aspirants in Benue ahead of primaries

The All Progressives Congress, APC, Benue State Chapter, has released the study of its State Assembly Screening Committee, disqualifying implicit 20 aspirants from participating successful the party’s primaries for the 2027 Benue State House of Assembly elections.

The committee stated that the disqualifications were owed to non-compliance with the party’s guidelines and constitution.

The APC called connected each the affected aspirants to respect the result of the screening process and urged enactment members to stay agreed arsenic preparations intensify for the 2027 wide elections.

The report, issued by the Committee Chairman, Dr. Auwalu Ishiye, and Secretary, Barr. Tijani Abdullahi, listed the affected aspirants who were screened retired of the exercise.
