Appeal Court upholds controversial Ekiti PDP primary election of 2025

In a unanimous decision, the three-man appellate sheet led by Honourable Justice Peter Chudi Obiorah, alongside Honourable Justice Jane Esienanwan Inyang and Honourable Justice Peter O. Affen, acceptable speech the earlier judgement of the Federal High Court, Ado-Ekiti.

The Justices held that the superior predetermination supervised by erstwhile Governor Dankwambo of Gombe State nether the Damagun-led medication was valid, transparent, and complied with the party’s constitution and the Electoral Act.
