A Benue societal media user, Sunny Attah, popularly known arsenic MOG, has been remanded successful Kuje Correctional Centre pursuing his arraignment astatine the Federal High Court successful Abuja connected charges including cyberstalking, defamation, and malicious falsehood against Benue House of Representatives Member, Philip Agbese.

Attah was arraigned Monday, connected a four-count complaint accusing him of publishing mendacious and defamatory statements targeting the lawmaker.

The prosecution squad was led by Victor Okoye, Esq., and different counsel representing the Cybercrime unit, portion Deji Adeyanju and 2 others defended Attah.
