The Independent National Electoral Commission, INEC, has recognized Senator David Mark arsenic the National Chairman of the African Democratic Congress, ADC.
Checks by DAILY POST connected the INEC portal confirmed the development.
The update comes aft the Supreme Court Judgement which vacated the bid of the Court of Appeal barring the designation of Mark arsenic the National Chairman of the ADC.
INEC connected the 1st of April 2026 had removed the names of David Mark and Rauf Aregbesola from its authoritative portal arsenic National Chairman and National Secretary of the ADC respectively.
