The legislature on Thursday distanced itself from the warrant of apprehension issued against Mele Kyari, erstwhile radical main enforcement officer, GCEO, of the Nigerian National Petroleum Company, NNPC, Limited, by its committee connected nationalist accounts.
It besides distanced itself from comments attributed to Adams Oshiomhole, legislator representing Edo North.
Oshiomhole reportedly described the NNPC arsenic a clump of criminals and thieves during the committee’s proceeding on Wednesday.
In effect the NNPC said it was not a thief.
