BREAKING: Wike’s ally, Chinda emerges APC governorship candidate in Rivers

The All Progressives Congress Governorship Screening Committee for Rivers State has declared Ogundu Kingsley Chinda as the party’s governorship campaigner for the state.

The declaration was made on Thursday evening astatine the APC secretariat pursuing the collation of results from wards crossed the 23 section authorities areas of the state.

Announcing the result of the superior election, Chairman of the Screening Committee, Bitrus Kwamoti, said Chinda emerged victorious with a full of 268,497 votes.

Kwamoti described the workout arsenic peaceful and successful, commending enactment members for their behaviour passim the process.
