Chevron fights Itsekiri pioneers over N300m legitimate charges

Chevron Nigeria Restricted,Worldwide oil monster, has hauled Rita Lori Ogbebor and others to a Delta State High Court sitting in Warri, looking for a request for ceaseless directive controlling them from pulling out or moving asset from the Itsekiri Territorial Improvement Board of trustees, IRDC, account domiciled in one of the new generational banks, compliant with an assent judgment.

Likewise participated in the suit are Alero Tenumah, Aginejune Agbonekuya, Ebigbeyi Kennedy, Lori Omatie, Aburo Mene-Ejegi, Plain Aberuoluwa, Itse Orugbo and Richard Omare as second to tenth litigants separately.

The organization had claimed that the litigants, depending on an assent judgment in EHC/20/2020, pulled out N300 million from the IRDC’s ledger domiciled in the bank in break of GMOU and the order and terms of the activity of the IRDC’s financial balances purportedly as lawful expense of the first – seventh and the ninth tenth respondents.
