The Federal High Court successful Abuja connected Friday adjourned indefinitely a suit challenging the enactment of the African Democratic Congress (ADC) nether erstwhile Senate President David Mark.

Justice Emeka Nwite ordered a sine dice adjournment aft the plaintiff informed the tribunal that helium had written to the Chief Judge of the Federal High Court seeking the transportation of the lawsuit to different judge.
