Court adjourns Malami, son’s trial until April 15

The Federal High Court, Abuja connected Tuesday, adjourned the alleged coercion financing and amerciable possession of firearms lawsuit against erstwhile Attorney-General of the Federation, Abubakar Malami, and his son, Abdulaziz, until April 15 and 16.

At the proceedings, Mr Akinlolu Kehinde, SAN, who appeared for the prosecution, informed the tribunal that the lawsuit was scheduled for hearing.

The Department of State Services, DSS, had arraigned Malami and Abdulaziz connected a five-count complaint bordering connected coercion and unlawful possession of firearms.
