Justice James Omotosho of the The Federal High Court successful Abuja on Friday issued an bid of perpetual injunction stopping the eNaira Payment Solutions Ltd from parading itself arsenic the registered proprietor of the trademark, ‘eNaira’.

In a judgement on Friday, the justice besides granted the Central Bank of Nigeria’s antagonistic claims and awarded the sum of N10 cardinal against eNaira Payment Solutions Ltd, the plaintiff successful the suit.

Justice Omotosho ordered the institution to instantly alteration its sanction to different chiseled sanction without the usage of the connection ‘Naira’.
