Deborah Paul Enenche responds to followers who chastise her for posting ‘romantic’ images: “You are extremely sad, but I won’t stop being pleased about being married.”

Deborah, the first child of Paul Enenche, Senior Pastor of Dunamis International Gospel Centre, responded to criticism she received for posting “romantic” pictures of her and her husband on social media.

The gospel singer, who wed Sam Hawthorn Uloko last year, posted photographs of their love on Facebook on Thursday, February 16.

While the majority of her fans and churchgoers expressed their gratitude for the beautiful images, a few others claimed she was looking for approval and encouraged her to imitate her parents and other gospel musicians.

“I want you to improve yourself; this is wrong. This is a clear case of addiction to social media adulation. This is your husband’s office, therefore you should kiss, for example, in private. Please act like your parents, whose social media posts show how they led people to Christ. They do all the things you post, but they don’t do them in front of the cameras.
