DHQ reviewing rehabilitation program for repentant insurgents – Onoja

The Defence Headquarters (DHQ) has commenced a reappraisal of its rehabilitation and reintegration programme for repentant insurgents, known arsenic Operation Safe Corridor, arsenic portion of efforts to fortify Nigeria’s antagonistic insurgency strategy.
