El-Rufai: Court directs ICPC to allow ex-Kaduna gov access to medical treatment, adjourns bail ruling

The Independent Corrupt Practices and Other Related Offences Commission, ICPC, has provided updates connected the ongoing proceedings of erstwhile Governor of Kaduna State, Mallam Nasir Ahmad El-Rufai, earlier the Federal High Court, Kaduna, pursuing proceedings held connected Wednesday.

Recall that the ICPC had filed a 10-count complaint against Mallam El-Rufai and Mr. Joel Adoga earlier Honourable Justice Rilwan Aikawa of the Federal High Court, Kaduna.

The charges subordinate to alleged conversion and possession of proceeds of corruption, arsenic good arsenic wealth laundering offences contrary to the provisions of the Money Laundering (Prevention and Prohibition) Act, 2022 and different applicable laws.
