Enugu NDC threatens legal action over delay in ratifying congresses

The Enugu State Working Committee, SWC, of the Nigeria Democratic Congress, NDC, has issued a pre-action announcement to the party’s National Executive Committee, NEC, demanding the contiguous ratification of congresses conducted crossed the 260 wards, 17 section authorities areas and the state.

The congresses, which ended with the authorities legislature connected May 4, 2026, produced Dr. Johnpaul Ani arsenic State Chairman and Dr. Sebastine Okafor arsenic State Secretary.
