Four Reps defect from PDP, LP to APC

Four members of the House of Representatives person defected from the Peoples Democratic Party, PDP, and Labour Party, LP, to the ruling All Progressives Congress, APC.

DAILY POST reports that Inuwa Garuba (Yamaltu/Deba national constituency of Gombe), Abdullahi El-Rasheed (Dakku/Nafada national constituency of Gombe), and Mohammed Audu (Karim Lamido Lau/Ardo-Kola national constituency), defected from the PDP to the APC.

The lawmaker representing Abuja Municipal/Bwari national constituency of the Federal Capital Territory, FCT, Obika Chinedu, moved from the LP to the APC.

In the aforesaid vein, Adewale Adebayo, who represents Irepodun/Olorunda/Osogbo/Orolu national constituency of Osun state, formally joined Accord from the PDP.

The lawmakers said interior crises successful their erstwhile parties prompted their defection.
