Fuel tanker explodes in Abuja in a collision

On Friday night, an explosion caused by a gasoline tanker wreck shook the Federal Capital Territory neighborhood of Gwagwa.

Contrary to widespread rumors, an airplane did not crash on Friday night in the Kubwa neighborhood of the FCT.

First responders have reportedly been sent to the incident site, according to our source.

In a phone chat with our correspondent, Mr. Amiola Adebayo, the FCT Fire Service’s spokeswoman, also verified the occurrence.

There was no plane crash in Kubwa, according to Adebayo. Tonight in Gwagwa, there was simply an explosion brought on by a fuel tanker crash, and our personnel have been sent to the spot.

Additionally, a police source mentioned that the explosion was the consequence of a fuel tanker accident.

The explosion was caused by a petrol tanker disaster, not a plane crash, the insider claimed.
