Gov Yusuf’s representative at Kano Assembly dumps APC, joins NDC

Kano State section of the Nigeria Democratic Congress, NDC, got a boost on Thursday following the defection of the lawmaker representing Gwale Constituency successful the Kano State House of Assembly, Hon. Abdulmajid Isa Umar Mai Rigar Fata.

It was gathered that the lawmaker defected to NDC aft helium failed to unafraid the All Progressives Congress, APC, summons to instrumentality to the Assembly.

Mai Rigar Fata is presently representing Gwale Local Government Area where Governor Abba Kabir Yusuf hails from.

The lawmaker was formally received into NDC on Thursday by NDC chieftain, Rabiu Kwankwaso astatine his Abuja residence.
