JAMB not responsible for HND graduates’ NYSC non-mobilisation — Oloyede

The Registrar of the Joint Admissions and Matriculation Board (JAMB), Ishaq Oloyede, has said that the committee is not liable for the non-mobilisation of Higher National Diploma (HND) graduates for the National Youth Service Corps (NYSC).
