Senior Advocate of Nigeria, SAN, Jibrin Okutepa, has criticised the Federal High Court judgement ordering the deregistration of the African Democratic Congress, ADC, and different governmental parties, describing the improvement arsenic a lawsuit of judicial insubordination.
