Kebbi Rep defects to APC, cites PDP crisis

A subordinate of the House of Representatives, Ibrahim Mohammed, representing Birnin Kebbi/Kalgo/Bunza Federal Constituency, has defected from the Peoples Democratic Party, PDP, to the All Progressives Congress, APC.
