Man apprehended in a Lagos bar after reportedly murdering his former partner

Fatai Mogaji, a man, was apprehended after he allegedly k!lled Opeyemi, his former girlfriend, in Lagos.

According to LIB, the suspect has been missing since he is suspected of repeatedly st@bbling the deceased.

The deceased’s sister claims that on July 10, 2024, Opeyemi and Mogaji got back together at a club in the Ikorodu neighborhood of Lagos state, and they went out to hang out.

They argued at around five in the morning, during which Mogaji is said to have st@bbed Opeyemi 22 times in various body areas.

The sister added that the suspect was apprehended in an Ikorodu bar and has been moved to the State Criminal Investigation and Intelligence Department (SCIID), Panti, Yaba. She verified this most recent event in a post on Monday, August 5.

“Good evening,Last night, friends and well-wishers of Ope caught my sister’s killer, Fatai Mogaji Abdulsalam, inside F1 Bar Ikorodu. The Panti Police Station is now home to him,” she wrote.
