N27bn fraud trial: Court adjourns Ishaku, Yero’s case after defence counsel withdraws

The Federal Capital Territory High Court successful Abuja has adjourned the ongoing proceedings of erstwhile Taraba State Governor, Darius Dickson Ishaku, to June 15, 2026, pursuing the withdrawal of counsel representing the 2nd defendant.

Presiding Judge S. C. Oriji granted the adjournment aft counsel to the 2nd defendant, Bello Yero, announced his contiguous withdrawal from the lawsuit during proceedings connected Thursday.
