The Nigerian Navy said it has arrested and handed implicit a suspected fraudulent shipping agent, Mr Nsikak Sunday Ekpo, to the Nigeria Police Force Criminal Investigation Department, CID, successful Calabar for further probe and imaginable prosecution.
