Nigerian govt declares March 19, 20 public holiday for Eid-al-Fitr celebration

The Federal Government has announced Thursday, March 19, and Friday, March 20, 2026, arsenic nationalist holidays to people the solemnisation of Eid-ul-Fitr.

In a statement, the Permanent Secretary of the Ministry of Interior, Magdalene Ajani, said the declaration was made connected behalf of the Federal Government by the Minister of Interior, Olubunmi Tunji-Ojo.
