NSCDC threatens arrest, prosecution over fibre cable vandalism in Niger

The Nigeria Security and Civil Defence Corps, NSCDC, Niger State Command, has warned contractors, operation companies, and excavation operators to desist from damaging fibre-optic cables, describing specified acts arsenic threats to Nigeria’s integer system and nationalist security.
