Opah defeats former minister, clinches Abia APC governorship ticket

Businessman, Eric Opah has won the governorship summons of the All Progressive Congress, APC, successful Abia State.

He defeated erstwhile Minister of State for Science and Technology, Henry Ikoh to triumph the ticket.

The effect of the superior predetermination was announced by the APC governorship and House of Assembly returning officer, Mr. Bato Nylong.

According to the returning officer, Eric Opah scored 126, 977, portion the runner-up, Henry Ikoh scored 5, 905 votes.

Opah defeats erstwhile minister, clinches Abia APC governorship ticket
