Police recover five suspected stolen cars, arrest three in Lagos

The Lagos State Police Command has arrested suspected members of a car-snatching syndicate and recovered 5 vehicles believed to person been stolen during operations linked to robbery and conveyance theft across Lagos State and different states.

The bid said the breakthrough followed an intelligence-driven probe launched aft a study of a stolen Toyota Camry 2008 exemplary was received by the police.

According to a connection issued on Thursday by the Police Public Relations Officer, Abimbola Adebisi, operatives tracked the stolen conveyance to a re-registration point, which yet exposed the activities of the syndicate.

The constabulary said investigations revealed that the pack allegedly carried retired conveyance theft operations wrong Lagos State portion moving and selling the stolen cars in Ibadan and Ilorin.
