Protest as court remands Hammed Tajudeen for another 10 days

A Lagos State Magistrate Court sitting successful Ogba, Lagos and presided by Justice L. A. Owolabi has again ordered the remand of Hammed Tajudeen Akanbi, popularly known arsenic Hammed Ajiran, for different 10 days pursuing the nonaccomplishment of the Directorate of Public Prosecutions, DPP to render its ineligible proposal arsenic earlier directed by the court.

DAILY POST recalls that Alhaji Hammed was earlier arraigned earlier Mr Owolabi of  Court 3, Ogba, Lagos connected May 22, 2026 connected charges bordering connected conspiracy to perpetrate murder, rank of an unlawful society, menace of violence, assault, and different related offenses, charges which Alhaji Hammed pleaded not blameworthy connected each counts.

At the commencement of proceedings, the pb counsel to the defendant, Adedotun Ajulo, Esq. presented a Summons for Bail applied connected behalf of his client.

However, the tribunal declined the application, citing the request for supplementary ineligible proposal from the DPP successful presumption of caller facts and grounds that allegedly emerged from consequent investigations conducted by the State Criminal Investigation Department, SCID, Panti.

At the past adjourned sitting, the tribunal had directed the DPP to record its ineligible proposal wrong 10 days.
