Representative Speaker Tajudeen Denounces Kidnapping of Employees and Patients in Kaduna
Abbas Tajudeen, the Speaker of the House of Representatives, has denounced the kidnapping of employees and patients in Kaduna State.
Two nurses and two patients from the Primary Healthcare Centre in the Kuyallo hamlet of Birnin-Gwari Local Government Area in the northwest of the state were abducted by bandits on Monday.
As their plot to kidnap pupils from the local Government Day Secondary School failed, the terrorists reportedly turned on the medical facility.
In response to the occurrence on Tuesday, the Speaker expressed his extreme concern regarding the actions of robbers and abductors.
Tajudeen urged security services to save the victims, pointing out that their current criminal deeds were become too bold.
The recent attack on a hospital and other susceptible locations has led to an excessive increase in bandit activity.
“It is imperative that our security forces pursue the kidnappers and free the people who were taken from the medical institution. The Speaker declared, “They have to make sure that no Nigerian who has been abducted in any region of the nation is still in captivity.
Additionally, he urged persistent efforts to eradicate the threat of kidnapping, banditry, and terrorism from every region of Nigeria.
