The Nigerian Senate has reversed the amendment of its Standing Orders.

The improvement is expected to reignite the contention for enactment roles successful the 11th National Assembly.

The amendment of the Senate’s Standing Orders had restricted eligibility for the main offices to ranking senators, blocking caller entrants from positions specified arsenic Senate President and others.
