The Kabiru Turaki-led faction of the Peoples Democratic Party, PDP, has approached the Supreme Court to halt the Nyesom Wike-led faction from holding its nationalist normal scheduled for March 29–30.
On Friday, the Turaki-led radical filed a suit challenging the Court of Appeal’s judgment, which upheld the nullification of its nationalist normal held successful November 2025 successful Ibadan, Oyo State.
In the appeal, the faction contended that some the Court of Appeal and the Federal High Court deficiency jurisdiction implicit the dispute.
DAILY POST had earlier reported that the Tanimu Turaki-led National Working Committee, NWC, of the Peoples Democratic Party, PDP, held a closed-door gathering with the Board of Trustees, BoT, led by Adolphus Wabara, successful Abuja.
It was gathered that the Minister of Federal Capital Territory (FCT), Nyesom Wike, had announced that the nationalist normal of Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) volition clasp connected March 29 and March 30 arsenic scheduled.
